Challenges faced
When a business soars, so does its employee count and resource figures. The same happened with Smart I. The sales process had become complex, with various business units and different price types. The management team required a centralized system that gave them a holistic view of their business.

This system gave them an overview of their production, but analyzing the performance of the scattered sales and service team was still an issue.
